How do I upload photos to an event?
Simply scan the QR code provided at the event with your smartphone. This will open a web page where you can select and upload photos and videos directly from your device. No app installation or registration is required.
Is there a limit on the number or size of uploads?
Upload limits are set by the event host. Most events allow for generous uploads, but if you encounter any issues, it may be due to a specific limit set for that event gallery.
How long are the photos and videos stored?
The duration for which media is stored is determined by the event host's subscription plan. Please check with your event host for specific details regarding the gallery's expiration date.
I'm having trouble with the QR code. What should I do?
Ensure you have a good internet connection and that your camera lens is clean. Try moving closer or further from the QR code. If it still doesn't work, ask the event host for the direct link to the upload page.
